Return Policy

At Clay by Nadia K, every piece is handmade with care and attention to detail. Because each item is unique, slight variations in colour, texture, or pattern may occur. Please note that colours may also appear differently on various screens and devices.

We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

✅ Damaged on Arrival – If your product arrives broken, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
✅ Breaks within 7 Days – If your jewelry breaks within 7 days of first wearing, please contact us immediately. We will repair or replace the item at no cost.
❌ Not Covered – Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or issues arising after 7 days cannot be refunded or exchanged.
